jan 28 training
today was a cross train day. so i took kickboxing at the gym and then took the ab class right after it. tired now. cant wait to go to bed. tomorrow another run day. hopefully i can push the distance to 3.5 or even 4 miles. we shall see. crazy. i never thought i would say 3.5/4 runs with such a matter of fact tone. weird.

jan 21 training
last night (jan 21) i went to kickboxing. so an off day for running. nothing too exciting. i also skipped the regular ab class i usually go to after kickboxing to head back home to see the LOST season premiere. (makes me SUPER miss all my universal peeps. waaaah!) and of course i read more of the twilight saga. almost done with book 3..then its on to the finale. makes me sad already. but at least...
