Joseph Carnevale: Another installation by the NC State student better known for his most recent piece, a construction barrel monster set up by the side of a road in Raleigh.
Carnevale was arrested today and charged with larceny for his unauthorized use of the barrels, which he lifted from a near-by roundabout project.
