whoa nelly am i behind on updating my running/training jaunts. oookay. so here is the run from jan 22. just a “quick” one after work, but before meeting shelby for round 3 of twilight. this one i ran by myself (i think adam had rehearsal) dammit i hate when i dont update and then i just space on what i did. bah! nice that i know it was the day i saw twilight for the 3rd time, tho. ha! i have ISSUES.
