jan 23rd run - this one was around greenlake (hello captain obvious, just look at the map) with annie and casey after work. we did this a little walk/run style. but still felt good. i tried to improve my form since i took this one a bit easy. then we all went home and showered and then headed to a bar. beer after running=awesome.
