soooo here is April and my run today. ooooph. we had a bit of an incident at the 4.78 mile mark. so we walked for a bit. and started back up at 5.35. not a huge stop. then ran the rest of the way. so all in all a little under 8 miles. against my pleading and begging, we ran back uphill from market st to the apartment. April is a drill sergeant! but i am pretty excited about this run. our farthest so far! yay! we totally kicked this runs ASS!
